All are open every Friday and Saturday through the end of October, and a few are even open on Sundays as well as Halloween night, so make sure to check each site for details. You may even find a coupon on their site! For your convenience, each attraction is marked whether the actors are allowed to touch you.

If haunted houses aren’t your thing, check out one of these “ghost tours” instead:

The Spirits of LaGrange Ghost Tour ($18)
Combining a historical aspect to introductions of the “spirits,” you can learn all about haunted LaGrange on the two-hour candlelit walking tour.

Louisville Ghost Tours ($27.50)
Join a guide for this nightly tour that introduces you to the ghostly past and paranormal hotspots in “America’s Most Haunted Neighborhood”.

And, if your house happens to be haunted, let me find you a new one!
